Отвратительный ломбард, несколько раз приходила оценивать изделия,не устроила цена,так они сразу меня заблокировали и перестали обслуживать,словно я аферист мошенник, обидно, принципиально стала добиваться разблокировки,нет не в какую,и не говорят ничего и нигде. Это я доверяю им паспортные данные,а они ещё нос воротят,но главное за что???? Это я рискую паспорт прказываю,это я им не доверять должна.Так что знайте все: если более нескольких раз придёте,оцените,и вас не устроит цена,вас легко заблокируют и всё, без объяснения,без объяснения потому что они сами не знают зачем заблокировали обслуживание,им сказать нечего,но надо показать сто они работают. Никому не советую,не рекомендую иметь дело с этим ломбардом,оценивают плохо,а если не оставляешь вещь потом ещё и оскорбительно блокируют,словно мошенник ты или вор. Никогда туда не обращайтесь,в их службе безопасности работают очень глупые люди, только делают вид что работают.

Елена, спасибо за ваш отзыв! Мы работаем строго согласно ФЗ №196-ФЗ от 19.07.2007 "О Ломбардах" и указам от Центрального Банка. Жесткое соблюдение законодательства РФ наша обязанность, даже при огромном желании обслужить всех клиентов.
