Когда придумают закон "О унижении прав потребителей", продавцы в этом магазине будут на первом месте. Сделал заказ в их интернет магазине, оплатил сразу, там же мне указали что товар можно забрать в этой точке. Пришел забирать, сначала продавец пыталась мне дать ДРУГОЙ товар, ссылаясь на то что у них по артикулу именно этот. Потом позвала другого продавца, которая с мордой кирпичем говорила что привезли то и отдает, ей было не важно что товар отличался от фото, судя по манере общения и формулировкам "причем тут я", "я вам ничем не помогу", "я отвечаю только за свой магазин" - это была управляющая. Правильный товар мне так и не продали, горячая линия сказали разберутся, приняли жалобу. Итог? Мне никто не перезвонил, жалоба проигнорирована, деньги за купленный товар просто вернулись на карту с формулировкой "время на самовывоз товара истекло".

Отвратительная политика продаж у этого магазина!На днях зашла сюда,посмотреть серьги!была одна в зале из покупателей , продавцы же штук 5 всей гурьбой окружили меня и стояли над душой!Больше ни ногой сюда! Что ж такое , зайдёшь а на тебя пялятся и дышат в затылок !Желаем вам ноль продаж с такой техникой !!!
