Пришёл, поздоровался - в ответ тишина. Видимо помешал заниматься своими делами. За ювелирное изделие весом в 5 грамм, предложили чуть меньше 3000. Когда я отказался, изделие и паспорт швырнули обратно как собаке... Крайне не советую сюда обращаться. Отвечаю. Не сразу увидел. Паспорт я положил сразу с изделием. Да, дело было именно в филиале Жулебино. В изделии есть вставка не из золота, весом примерно 1 грамм. И при чем тут конкуренты?

Александр, от лица компании приносим наши извинения за ненадлежащее обслуживание. Мы стараемся контролировать этот момент - сами производим контрольные залоги и т.п., но полностью исключить человеческий фактор, конечно, не получается. Спасибо за информацию, мы примем это к сведению. По поводу оценки: я сам разбираю невыкупленные изделия и ни разу не видел ,чтобы за 585 пробу дали меньше 1400 рублей за грамм. Сейчас можно только гадать - может, на изделии не было пробы, и его оценили (на основании проверки реактивом) по 500 пробе + на вставку вычли не 1 грамм, а 2, например.
