Оформляла вклад Доходная стратегия с навязанным страхованием жизни на 3 года от АльфаСтрахование-Жизнь с якобы выплатой инвестиционного гарантированного дохода в 15 %, обещанным сотрудником банка при заключении договора, который в конечном итоге оказался равен нулю. Будьте осторожны. Сами проценты по вкладу лестничные, т.е. до 100 дней одни проценты, от 101 до 200 ниже и т.д.- в среднем получаешь сумму не такую как рассчитываешь. Бесплатный сыр в мышеловке. Один плюс- вежливы!

Бессовестный банк. Сообщает о режиме работы бумажкой на входе в отделение. Звонила 3 дня назад, сказали работает в обычном режиме. Зашла в отделение, сидит два не компетентный сотрудника и не могут заявление о кредитных каникулах принять. Они ещё в отделении, почему не принять?, выходить из дома нельзя, а что делать? Наймите адекватных и человечных сотрудников.

Добрый день, в условиях пандемии графики работы отделений были скорректированы для безопасности клиентов, о чем мы уведомили наших клиентах в сервисах ДБО, а так же информация была размещена на сайте Локо-Банка. Вроде бы народу к ним в очереди, но так как сотрудники некомпетентны во многих вопросов, то обслуживают очень долго. Также при мне сломался их банкомат внутри офиса: женщина решила снять денег с карты, в итоге сумма списалась, а банкомат наличные не выдал.
