Взял кредит 2 года назад.Банк отвратительный.Общение происходит очень грубо.Оформлял у них кредит на Ленина.Втюхали страховку в 208 т/₽.Девушка,которая занималась оформлением,подсказала что можно отказаться от страховки в течении 10 дней.Оказалось страховка коллективная,отказаться от нее нельзя.А сегодня мне одобрили каникулы по этому кредиту на 2 месяца.Приехал подписывать договор,посмотрел график платежей.Сдвинули платежи на два месяца но последний платеж увеличился с 50.000₽ до 118.000₽.Вот такие блин каникулы(Какой банк такие каникулы( P.S. В договоре есть дата заблаговременного платежа.У меня за 10 дней указано.Имейте ввиду что банкомат работает в режиме работы банка,тоесть до 19:00!!!И в Новосибирске он один(((

Банк не дорожит клиентами, когда им это уже не интересно. Пришёл за справкой о закрытии кредита, сказали ожидайте, а сколько не известно, позвонил на горячую линию там вообще совершенно другую информацию сообщили, уехал в непонимании кому верить они кажется сами не понимают что делать. Очень неудобно что на Новосибирск только один офис и в очень не удобном месте, парковка отсутствует, машину не где поставить!

Никогда не поднимут голову когда приходят посетители . Каждый занимается своими делами . Постоишь пять минут в упор посмотришь на каждую по очереди , тогда у них уже выбора нет . Спрашивают по какому вопросу .
