Имея основную работу я решила пойти обучаться на наращивание ресниц в школу — студию beautyloft у Натальи.Повелась на красивый Instagramи количество подписчиков. Всегда тянуло на косметологию. Записалась заранее и ждала дня Х! А получилось, что зря.. Наталья устраивала постоянно акции, лотереи и скидки на определенные курсы, дело дошло и до моего курса. Я захотела учавсвоать в розыгрыше, но мне ответили жестким отказом — «вы купили товар без акции. Наблюдайте так» Мне стало обидно, но на с ледующий день она сделала еще больше! Объявила розыгрыш на акцию в 50%! Вместо 35000, 175000 (нормальная разница, не правда ли?) Я решила спросить еще раз, нормально ли учиться в группе и платить разные суммы за одни и те же знания? На что мне ответили, что вы платите 26к, а кто-то вообще 35к, кому как повезло!Мне сказали, что я нагло выпрашиваю скидку!!, но мне просто было непонятно. Самое интересное, что попросив вернуть депозит, мне сразу же разрешил И принять участие в розыгрыше сертификата на скидку 50% (цена курса 17500 была бы, вместо 35000), но выделили тот факт, что таким людям как Я не везет! Это профессионально? Посмотрите, как она общается в интернете с клиентами. Ранее я записывалась на курс наращивания ресниц где в подарок идет «курс архитектуры бровей », потом узналось что это подарок не со всем полноценный. Мне постоянно говорили в переписке, что я не внимательно читаю условия. Но я считаю, что устраивать такие розыгрыши не правильно и не поофесиально. Мы платим за курсы, а не за товар в пятерочке. Мы платим за знания, так почему же получается такая не справедливость. Я была удивлен а такими ответами и попросила вернуть мой депозит в размере 5к, но мне отказали.
