Заказывали здесь зеркало №2325. У себя, в Санкт-Петербурге, ничего похожего не нашли, решили, что в Москве тоже нормально, близко, множество вариантов доставки и прочее. Но с данной компанией все было как-то тяжело и муторно: мы сами все звонили-выясняли, постоянно писали на почту, про наш заказ периодически забывали, озвученные сроки выдержаны не были, отгрузили тоже позже обозначенного срока, нас об этом не предупредив. Также не сообщили, что зеркало будет в жесткой обрешётке. После доставки и аккуратного и очень долгого вскрытия обрешётки, на зеркале обнаружили царапину. Абсолютно неклиентоориентированное общение из серии: «это не мы, это доставка, вообще не надо было доставщиков отпускать пока не вскроете». Якобы они перед отправкой делают фото, что зеркало без повреждений. Присланное нам фото зеркала было снято очень издалека и в отвратительном качестве, разглядеть на нем наличие или отсутствие царапины не представляется возможным. Ну то есть заказ сделали, скинули и забыли, разбирайтесь сами с царапиной, это уже не наши проблемы. Зато теперь это наши проблемы. Приобрели не зеркало, а кучу хлопот. Зная, что есть нормальные компании, которые при возникновении подобных ситуаций прилагают максимальные усилия со своей стороны, чтобы все разрешить, поведение данной фирмы вызвало удивление и непонимание. С нами даже никто не связался и не попытался принести извинения или сделать возврат за царапину. Сплошное разочарование, но, к сожалению, реалии российского « бизнеса». Не рекомендую.

Преобрели в Loft art мебель в коридор (консоль, тумбу, зеркало , шкаф) и кресло. Остались довольны сотрудничеством - вопросы решались оперативно и клиентоориенировано. Доставка очень понравилось. Сама мебель нам очень понравилась . ждём, что мебель будет долго служить. Леся и Дмитрий
