Абсолютно согласен с предыдущем отзывом. Именно в этом филиале в г. Ярославле по адресу ул. Чайковского 62/30 у меня 20.04.15 было нечто подобное. В кабинете сидят 3 сотрудницы, но принимают почему то по 1 человеку с интервалом 30-40 мин. Просидев в очереди около часа, я узнал что в начале машину должны осмотреть некие специалисты, к которым надо записаться на приём и они сами когда нибудь позвонят, а без их осмотра не страхуем. Напоминает какую то бесплатную поликлинику, где особа и лечить не хотят, но вроде как и обязаны. Ещё бы аппарат с бахилами платными на входе поставили. Не хотите страховать по ОСАГО , дак вешайте замок на дверь и лицензию сдавайте. Стыд и позор СК "Уралсиб"

Я оставила на их официальном сайте жалобу, седующего содержания... "Добрый день! 22.102014 я хотела приобрести ОСАГО в Вашем филиале в г. Ярославле по адресу ул. Чайковского 62/30, но простояв в очереди 5 часов, Ваша сотрудница вышла из кабинета в 16-00 и объявила, что обслужит последнего человека, т.к. у них совещание в 17-00 и больше 1-го она не успеет принять (время на обслуживание 1-го человека-40 мин.). Хотя на режимной табличке написано, что офис работает до 18-00. Вопрос - почему не уведомили людей, стоящих в очереди с 12-00, уходя на обед в 13-00 или хотя бы по приходу с обеда в 14-00, что сегодня сокращённый день? Что за частная лавочка? Когда хочу открою, когда хочу закрою!Считаю, что такое отношение к потенциальным клиентам,не допустимо!Ощущение, что делаете одолжение, оформляя ОСАГО, и не боретесь за клиента. В итоге, стала клиентом ровно через 20 минут, другой страховой компании, находящейся рядом с вашей, оформив ОСАГО без всяких проволочек и навязывания дополнительных страховок типа Страхования жизни. Очень жаль потраченного времени, пришлось взять на работе целый день за свой счёт! НИКОМУ не буду Вас рекомендовать!"
