Данный негативный отзыв будет посвящён Лайт Мобаил.Никогда не писала отзывы, но тут просто не могу промолчать! Не сталкивалась до этого с такими недобросовестными продавцами. Забронировал телефон с фиксированной ценой, позвонил два раза, уточнил о броне и цене, сказали все в силе , приехал с другого конца города, а мне говорят, что не телефона , не цены по которой он был забронирован уже нет и называют мне цену на 23.000 дороже. Я считаю , что это очень не красиво , больше ни когда не обращусь в эту контору и не кому не посоветую!!!!!!!!

заказал в 13.10 телефон Samsung Galaxy S21, заказ № 1065139, все согласовал с менеджером на доставку на сл. день за 44 тыс. рублей. Пересмотрел сайт в 15.00 и увидел что цена выросла до 62 тыс. рублей., решил перепроверить все ли хорошо перезвонил, менеджер ответил что мой заказ отменили и предложил купить за 62 тыс. вместо 44 тыс. забронированных мной ранее. Я сообщил что мой заказ был забронирован и курьер должен был приехать на сл. день на что менеджер Артём бросил трубку. Я крайне возмущен что ваша компания наживается на сложной ситуации в стране говоря что это "новая поставка" при закрытых границах. Позор Вам! Надеюсь вы подавитесь вашими наценками! Много лет был вашим клиентом, но больше ни ногой!
