Я не уверен, что писала отзыв другая женщина, потому что это не прачечная самообслуживания, а просто химчистка. I'm not sure what the other lady was reviewing because this location is not a laundromat, it's just a dry cleaning place.

Чистое место с хорошими машинами, которые работали эффективно. Я приходил и уходил примерно через час. Мы с мужем путешествуем постоянно, поэтому найти по пути хорошие прачечные — это необходимость и благословение! Clean place with good machines that worked efficiently. I was in and out in about an hour. My husband and I travel full time, so finding nice laundromats along the way is a necessity and a blessing!

Перерыв с 13 до 13-30 !! Самый поток из офисов а Вы закрыты!! Рядом куча офисов, сделайте его раньше - например в 12, тогда люди смогут в обед подойти и отдать свои вещи!!!

Заплатила за чистку жакета. Спустя 4 дня вернули с грязным воротом. Ну, разведя руками, видимо не дочистили. Сказали мне. Мы можем вернуть на зачистку, но в связи с карантином неизвестно сколько займёт это времени. От недели и неизвестно. Пиджаку 2 недели с покупки. Забрала таки с испорченным настроением. Лояльность, качество и клиентоориентированность оставляет желать лучшего. Больше не воспользуюсь услугами данной прачечной.

Отдавали в химчистку плед, задержавшись на работе не успела забрать его сама и попросила мужа,вернувшись домой и посмотрев на плед мы пришли в ужас!!!не до конца высушенный, ворс весь скатался, сразу же позвонила в химчистку с претензией на что девушка мне ответила, что все претензии принимаются только при принятии вещи!Плед теперь можно выкинуть, ноги моей больше не будет в этой химчистке!!!
