Отдала 2 изделия на стирку и пилинг. Вернули в том же виде. Даже помоему не постирали. Когда начала возмущаться, рожи сделали типа "А что вы хотели?", для вида отдали на быстрый пилинг при мне. Но толку то. Такого бессмысленного действия в моей жизни еще не было. Будто бы отдала вещи, чтобы они там 2ое суток полежали. Меня предупреждали, что пилинг не входитв отдельную услугу и делается за одно "по мере возможности". Но то, что там не будет сделано нихрена...О таком разговора не было. И машинки для пилинга у них бспантовые, и для стирки машинка тоже видимо не работает.

Добрый день! Вчера привезла вещи в вашу химчистку в Отрадном (бывший Вавилон, сейчас Форт). ТЦ находится на реконструкции, ваш пункт превратили в одно окошко, которое не так просто найти. Но не в этом суть! Когда я подошла, окошко было закрыто наполовину рольставнями, оттуда пахло едой, сотрудники решили пообедать видимо и закрылись. Объявлений о перерыве не было, я была с огромным мешком вещей и ребенком среди катакомб, реставрируемого ТЦ. Обратилась к охране, чтобы узнать, не переехал ли пункт, сказали, что вроде работал вчера. Когда я вернулась снова, постучала в рольставни и спросила ли, работает ли химчистка. В шуме ТЦ было непонятно, что ответили. Через 5 мин.вышли 2 сотрудницы химчистки, при мне полность опустили рольставни и удалились. Я была потрясена хамством, а на мой вопрос работают ли они получила ответ "что, в туалет нельзя сходить?" !!! Вдвоем??? Конечно, с таким хамством, я не стала ждать, развернулась и ушла, видя как одна отправилась вверх по эскалатору, а вторая на улицу курить. Честно говоря, являюсь вашим клиентом много лет и впервые столкнулась с таким!!! Конечно же сдала вещи в другую химчистку и вряд ли захочется после этого вернуться к вам снова!
