Это просто ужас а не агенство! Хотели купить через них квартиру, отдали задаток продавцу, должен был ждать нас по договору, в итоге когда к ним пришёл продавец и попросил наши Контакты они ему сказали что не могут выйти с нами на связь, продавец соответственно продал квартиру другим людям, благо что человек оказался с совестью, и отдал нам назад задаток. Когда я с горем пополам выпросила номер у агентов что бы самой связаться с продавцом !!! Вообщем из-за того что они ввели в заблуждения нашего продавца мы остались без выбранной нами квартиры!

На самом деле клиент ввел заблуждение по поводу расчета сказав, что у них наличный расчет. На задатке выяснилось , что они продают часть дома под материнский сертификат, а это уже совсем другие сроки 1,5-2 мес. Мы поинтересовались кто занимается оформлением вашей сделки, как оказалось никто. Более того собственниками этой части дома были и несовершеннолетний ребенок, а это уже опека еще плюс 1 мес. В положенный сроки покупатель не уложился и потребовал вернуть ему задаток. Мы связались с продавцом и он чисто по человечески вернул . А обвинять агентство проще всего.
