Очень плохая оптика! Очки стоят 3600 рублей мы их брали на заказ в первый день мы отдали 1600 рублей. На второй мы хотели доплатить 2000 рублей но с нас потребовали за очки еще взятку 2000 тысячи рублей. Конечно мы не взяли эти очки. В этой оптике работают машенники. Просим Вас никогда не заказывать в этой оптике очки. Гарантируем Вас обманут! Так же как и нас. Очень плохая оптика!

Крайне некорректное поведение сотрудников. К сожалению, незаметно во время покупки, списали ещё 1000 рублей, ничего об этом не говоря. Когда я попросил вернуть 1000 рублей за дополнительный сертификат, который я не просил, консультант утроила истерику, всячески пытаясь привить чувство вины за то, что я не хочу дополнительно заплатить за подложенные товары. Это явно противоречит Закону РФ от 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 "О защите прав потребителей". В итоге получилось так, что подсунули они мне в чек этот сертификат за 2 секунды, а отменяли потом 20 минут, всё это время причитая, какой я якобы жадный и принципиальный. В Линзмастер теперь точно не пойду.

Был записан на проверку зрения для подбора линз. Линзы ранее никогда не носил, только очки. Выбрал данную оптику для подбора. После 5 минут общения с оптомеристом Даниловой О. И. пропало все желание что либо проверять. Не рекомендую данную оптику.

Хороший магазин, но сотрудники не очень доброжелательны, а как специалисты-ниже среднего, а если ни чего не купил, то такие пожелания в твой адрес,что уши вянут. 28.12.2017 г (вечером) пример, хамского поведение сотрудницы Могилевой М.М.- оскарбила взрослого человека, который хотел получить от ее консультацию по поводу своего зрения и не извинилась.Примите меры.
