В выходные дни огромный поток людей и достаточно долгое ожидание. Врач неверно подобрала контактные линзы. Как итог выкинутые 5000 руб. и мучения при ношении линз. Высыхают за полдня

Стандартный цивильный бутик в большом ТЦ. Очень дорого. Того, что искал-не нашёл.

Отвратительный сервис у этой компании. Четыре раза пытался до них дозвониться, сначала на общей горячей линии меня просто сбрасывали несколько раз и не перезванивали, потом позвонил в интернет магазин, там подняли трубку со словами «ваш заказ готов, приходите забирать», а я ничего не заказывал и звоню по другому вопросу. Говорю им об этом, слышу в ответ многозначное «Ааааа...» и меня снова сбрасываю. С четвертого раза ответил какой-то парнишка. И тут оказалось что у магазина есть «второе дно». Помимо дорогущих оправ от 6к+ которые на сайте представлены как 50% скидка с 12к, вам придется доплатить за линзы. У нормальных оптик, тем более с такими дорогими оправами, линзы входят в стоимость, а тут - доплати. Ну ладно - подумал я. Спрашиваю - сколько? Ответ убил - 6900р!!! Вы что там о себе думаете? Как простые линзы могут стоить дороже оправы за 6к? Я понимаю если бы стекла стоили 2к, но это какие-то заоблачные цены. В общем, компания существует в какой-то параллельной вселенной, чья целевая аудитория не очень понятна.
