До карантина сделала заказ линз и капель. Сначала сказали, что линз в наличии нет, но я согласилась на доставку только капель. Через день позвонили и сказали, что линзы появились и они мне еще через день смогут отправить заказ. Хотела забрать на выходных из пункта выдачи, потому что в последние недели марта после работы до закрытия пункта выдачи не успевала заехать и забрать, но тут объявили самоизоляцию и карантин для тех. кто контактировал с заболевшими. В итоге заказ не смогла забрать. Сегодня мне позвонил сотрудник данной фирмы с вопросом почему заказ я не забрала. Я объяснила ситуацию, которая сейчас происходит в стране и то, что я на карантине. После этого сотрудник начал "огрызаться". Сказал, что никакого карантина нет, а это просто самоизоляция и, что я должна была выписать пропуск и пойти забрать заказ. Я не стала с ним дальше разговаривать и положила трубку. Через пару минут приходит от сотрудника смс о том, что не нужно было продлевать срок хранения. а просто нужно было сразу отказаться от заказа и с очередными объяснениями, что не нужно путать карантин и самоизоляцию. Считаю поведение данного сотрудника неуместным. Никогда больше не обращусь в данную организацию. Надеюсь директор данной фирмы объяснит сотруднику как нужно общаться с клиентами.

Заказала впервые, но, перерыв за вечер весь интернет, только тут нашла именно то, что мне надо. Так оказалось ещё и доставка бесплатно, и пункт выдачи прямо под боком. Вот теперь буду ждать доставку.
