Заказали полукоммерческий линолеум, по факту привезли обычный бытовой, который они позицианируют как полукоммерческий. Менеджер Анна не проконсультировала, тупо прислала ссылку. Изучайте сами. Доставка на сайте заявлена 24 часа, в итоге ждали 3 дня. Очень не приятное впечатление о данной организации.

Я уже линолеум уже не первый год здесь заказываю. В последний раз вот заказ был на пять с половиной тысяч квадратных метров. Оптом выгодно закупаться здесь. Ещё и образцы можно взять бесплатно с собой.

Потерял на складе уже 1,5 часа и конца не видно. Ужасная фирма! Упаси вас бог воспользоваться ее услугами

Мы разобрали данную претензию. Август традиционно высокий сезон для линолеума. Склад открывается в 9 утра. Все стараются приехать в это время. В момент когда приехал на загрузку Констснтин Шрейбер он был 8-ой в очереди на ожидание и пытался загрузиться без очереди. Мы приносим свои извинения за не удобства. Просим понять, что физически отгрузить всех желающих сразу не возможно. На складе есть очередность загрузки.

Недавно открыл свой магазин, по продаже линолеума. Первоначально пришлось поискать оптовую компанию, что бы накладно не было. После того как познакомился с Линолеум ру, этот вопрос отпал сам собой. Расценки здесь считаю самые дешёвые по году, а качество продукции от этого не страдает. Беру в основном бытовой линолеум, больше пользуется спросом. Поставщик ответственный, серьёзный менеджер всегда на связи, от заказа и до самой доставки. Этой компании я доверяю.
