Как мы заявляли ранее, Lindt & Sprüngli может подтвердить, что вся продукция под брендом Lindt, поставляемая нами в Российскую Федерацию, полностью соответствует тем же стандартам качества, что и продукция, поставляемая в остальные страны Европы и мира. Вся продукция, реализуемая Lindt на российском рынке, производится на наших фабриках, расположенных в Европе. На наших фабриках отсутствуют специальные производственные мощности или отдельные технологические линии для производства продукции, предназначенной для реализации в России или в какой-либо иной стране мира. Мы привержены высокому качеству и безопасности нашей продукции и тщательно относимся к ингредиентам для ее производства как при их переработке, так и при закупках. Мы используем стандартизованную рецептуру для нашей продукции независимо от места производства или страны, в которой она будет реализовываться. Мы предоставили в Федеральную антимонопольную службу (ФАС России) все необходимые сведения для подтверждения того, что наша деятельность полностью соответствует антимонопольному законодательству. Сожалеем, что, несмотря на это, ФАС России приняла решение о возбуждении дела по признакам нарушения Закона о защите конкуренции. Мы остаемся полностью открытыми к диалогу с российскими государственными органами.
