Приятно удивлена лояльности и бережным отношение к покупателям. Покупала дубленку в данном салоне, в процессе носки обнаружились дефекты, обратилась в магазин, приняли претензию, провели независимую экспертизу в присутствии представителя продавца, экспертиза подтвердила наличие производственного дефекта и мне сделали возврат денежных средств в течении 3х дней. Сотрудники приятные и вежливые, даже при такой не очень приятной ситуации, повели себя адекватно, лояльно и без агрессии. В таком магазине хочется покупать. Благодарю и рекомендую.

Благодарю Вас за помощь! Я с дочкой пошла прогуляться и увидела в витрине красивый плащик, в итоге ушла довольная и с плащом и с новой шубкой. Девочки выше всяких похвал, продают отлично! Если бы не их мастерство, покупала бы я шубку ближе к зиме и значительно дороже! И с моей непоседой двухлетней договорились! Хороших Вам продаж!
