Хочу выразить огромную благодарность компании Лилинурм Трэвел Очень подробно и детально выслушали все наши предпочтения и пожелания. Очень быстро подобрали для нас идеальный вариант отдыха, имеено то что мы хотели с ребенком. Перед вылетом на отдых возникли небольшие проблемы со здоровьем, но Евгений на столько оказался внимательным и отзывчивым, что на момент прилёта на отдых были осведомлены все местные гиды и персонал гостиницы. Всем рекомендую эту турфирму. Они не просто продают туры, а действительно отправляют людей отдыхать!

Мне вернули деньги за несостоявшийся тур на о.Хайнань! В других турагентствах туристов отправляют решать вопрос в суд, к тур оператору, моей подруге вообще сказали перебронировать на другую дату, когда вернут деньги не известно. Спасибо Евгению и его сотрудникам за неравнодушие, мы получили всю сумму назад и смогли забронировать тур в Таиланд. Лилинурм трэвел советую всем, проверили лично!
