Ужасный сервис, хамское отношение. Мной, для пробы были заказаны 2 позиции с сайта. Фартук сапожника (специально искал синего цвета), синего не оказалось в наличии, согласился на зелёный... По второй позиции, это вообще песня... Были заказаны щётки 12430 Салрус 019 натуральный ворс 17см производство Германия арт 893... вместо них прислали дешёвые, маленькие щётки с коротким ворсом... Позвонив в магазин, и высказав свою притенению, мне в грубой форме девушка ответила: - А какая разница?.... Ну если для неё нет разницы причёсываться граблями или расчёской, то.... В общем я в шоке от этого "удивительного" заведения... Да, да, именно заведения, других слов нет.... Категорически не советую связываться с этой "конторой"... Совет один - обходите их стороной.

Добрый день, на счет фартука вам предупредили, что есть зеленый и вы согласились, не надо было соглашаться тогда, и на счет щеток, все щетки были натуральным ворсом и размеры одинаковые, и цена не отличалось,и наконец, вам предложили отправить эти злые и страшные щетки обратно и вернуть свои деньги, и место этого вы сливайте в интернет столько злости на всю Россию. К счастью у нас очень много довольных клиентов отзывы которых закрывают ваш негатив, удачного вам дня. Да и еще, наши менеджери спокойные и образованные девушки, даже если их хамят по телефону неудовлетворенные клиенты.

Really bad service. Is my 4th time and last one. The have their warehouse behind the shop but there is not much in the shop. If one ask someone about something, they know nothing. This evening they were doing renovations, but the shop was open. As we arrived the look at us as aliens. We wanted something simple, some crivets, which before they had loads in the shop, they told us that all was in warehouse and could not go look for it. The were just boringly sitting at the door, doing nothing. Without shame told us, that we should order in the Website. How rude! Knowing that Moscow is huge, that you take almost an hour to get to the outskirts. Bad for you guys, I went further to tabro. And will not stop at you place next time.

Можно было самой прийти, чтобы Син по дороге не сломал его, у нас не продают сломанные товары, и вообще, если видели что сломанный, надо было принести и поменять а не сломать и написать гадости, мы не отказываемся менять, так и скажите что пробовали чинить чемодан и сломали, если бы был сломан, вы бы сразу помчались к нам.
