02.08.2018 года курьером из сервисного центра, расположенного в г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Большая Московская д. 1 был взят на ремонт мобильный телефон xiomi mi 5s для установки нового дисплея и кнопки домой, дисплей был в комплекте отдан к телефону. Телефон этот принадлежит мне и в связи с моим отъездом в командировку, данный телефон сдавал мой знакомый. Договор 61415. В этот же день вечером со мной сязались с этого сервисного центра и сказали что ремонт будет стоить 11700, так как моя дисплей не подходит. На следующий день 03.08.2018 года, мне отзвонились и сказали, что телефон и можно забирать. Опять же в связи с мои отсутствием они выдали телефон моему знакомому, который в ходе проверки выявил неисправности в виде не работающей кнопки домой и нижних кнопок сенсора. Вернул им и по сегоднящний день, телефон находиться у них и с каждым моим звонком мне обещают перезвонить и так не перезванивают. Я считаю, что в действиях работников сервисного центра присутствует факт мошенничества.

Если вы не прочитали все, что ниже написано об этом сервисе и связались с ними, я вам очень сочувствую. Если у вас устойчивая нервная система и есть время поругаться и ждать полицию, может вы заберете свою технику по минимальному тарифу "550 рублей + моток нервов". Дай бог она будет не до конца испорчена. Советую говорить, что ваша техника была в официальном сервисе ранее и вам там маркировали платы, потому что не факт, что ее комплектность будет прежней. Берегите себя и обходите стороной эту контору.
