Upd: пообщалась со сторонними специалистами, обновляю. Ручка все-таки, видимо, оригинал. Либхер изменил формопечать с 2016, а холодильнику моему все-таки 15 лет. Мне показали и китайские варианты, они действительно выглядят ещё хуже. Жаль, что сотрудники магазина не могут внятно объяснить эту информацию, а просто игнорируют претензии. Прикладываю фото в сравнении с изначальной ручкой. В поставленной неровные края, выпуклые швы и прилегание ручки к дверце под «неродным» углом. Как мне объяснил сторонний специалист, мне продали ручку не для моей модели, поэтому угол другой. И поэтому я в любом случае хочу оформить возврат полученной ручки. По результату скорректирую отзыв. Единственное, что смущает относительно оригинальности - ручка была просто завёрнута в «пупырку», не было никакой заводской упаковки. Менеджер продающий работал хорошо, прислали сдэком быстро.

Доброго времени суток всем ,кто читает мой отзыв о работе сервисного склада Bosch&Siemens! За последнее время я,да и скорее всего вы ,дорогие мои, хлебнули не мало гадких вещей и повидали столько же в разных количествах и формах(SDEK,Почта России,Алиэкспресс,Сбербанк...всякие УК и иже с ними...порази молния как обычная ,так и шаровая их офисы).Этот же сайт является исключением из правил,и даже не из правил а исключением из нашей россейской действительности (от Волги и до Енисея расстояние большое а бардака,лени и хамства еще больше).Так к чему это я ...добрые люди помогли в чувство холодильник заморский привести, доставив запчасть из Москвы далекой в нашу провинцию за полторы тысячи верст! Заказ кстати был оплачен не полностью ибо делал его тут первый раз и уж больно боязно было,простите за откровенность)))Короче,господа около 20 дней дел (и это с предзаказом ,ожиданием ,оформлением и доставкой) и холодильник BOSCH с новым кожухом испарителя снова в строю!
