Не рекомендую! Сделали заказ бокалов на мероприятие! 300 шт. Из них 200 шт бракованные! Стали наливать вино, через ножку бокалов на гостей все вино вылилось! Мало того- обманули с ценой доставки ( в счете с учетом доставки была прописана, и оплачена одна сумма), а по факту, при получении товара, заставили доплачивать. Отвратильно!

Добрый день Юлия. Будьте добры указать номер накладной вида УТВЮ0003312 или укажите номер заказа он был выслан Вам по смс и на имейл адрес. Стоимость нашей доставки не менялась более 3-х лет! Заказы от 2000 до 3000 стоимость доставки 500р, от 3000-5000 - 350 рублей, от 5001 - бесплатно! Если Вы оплачивали заказ как ООО или ИП напишите на нашу почту и мы обязательно разберемся, мы крупная компания и относимся к своим обязательствам серьезно, пока без конкретного номера заказа или накладной считаем отзыв неподтвержденным. Так же информируем что бокалы для шампанского идут по 6 шт. в упаковке и никак не могут составлять 200 шт брака, если Вы покупали бокалы для вина - они идут по 20 штук, но 100 штук в коробке, Вам никак не могли прислать 2 запечатанные коробки с браком как вы говорите, в любом случае позвоните в нашу компанию если отзыв реальный и мы моментально уладим эту проблему, либо сообщите имя сотрудника с кем разговаривали или номер менеджера.
