Очень жаль, Михаил, что свою личную неудачу при одобрении ипотечного кредиты Вы относите к действиям агентства. Вам отказал банк, из-за Вашей кредитной истории. И потеряли Вы всего 2500 руб - за отчет об оценке, который необходим был Вам чтобы оформить ипотеку. Мной были предложены варианты решения проблемы, одной из которых, было выбрать другой банк, но Вы отказались от этих решений. Дак, чем же мы перед Вами виноваты?

Я работала с этим агентством 3 раза! В частности, с Диановой Ириной. Всегда все хорошо, мне просто говорят куда прийти и что взять с собой. Я не думаю, не бегаю по инстанциям, не договариваюсь о встречах. Советую всем своим знакомым!!!
