Заказали доставку, оказалось, что товар даже не выгружают из машины, в магазине об этом не предупреждают. Как хотите, так из машины сами и вытаскивайте. Водитель вообще хам какой-то, от него содействия не ждите, сказал вытаскивай быстрее или я уеду. Хорошо что покупка была небольшая, иначе пришлось бы отказаться от такого "сервиса" и вернуть товар. Сам магазин хороший, ассортимент порадовал. Доставку больше заказывать не будем.

zhan netka, добрый день! Благодарим вас за отзыв, пусть он и в негативном ключе. Так как у нас существует несколько разных вариантов доставки, то при оформлении заказа, наши сотрудники в обязательном порядке уточняют у клиента нужна ли ему выгрузка материалов, их подъем на этаж или занос в квартиру, частный дом. При этом сразу же озвучивается стоимость и возможное время каждого из таких вариантов доставки. Если же клиент отказывается от услуг грузчика, то к нему выезжает только водитель, главная задача которого привезти материалы в согласованное с покупателем время. Что, собственно, и было сделано в вашем случае.
