Загорелась я идей завести дома батут. А поскольку мне проще сделать заказ в интернете, чем ходить по оффлайн-магазинам, то и предложения я стала искать в интернете. Требования были довольно просты: наличие мини-батута и доставка по Петербургу. Московских предложений оказалось множество, в Петербурге же всего пара магазинов выполняли мои нехитрые условия. Остановилась я на trenager., привлек он меня отличием от другого сайта описанием товара и даже видео. Поразмыслив, я выбрала подходящий батут и оформила заказ на сайте. Мне тут же позвонил менеджер магазина и сообщил, что выбранного мной батута в наличии нет. Но есть аналог двух диаметров. Вот и весь выбор. Мне оставалось выбрать диаметр, но я поняла, что это не тот случай, когда можно делать заказ вслепую. Поэтому я согласилась приехать и взглянуть на батуты. Магазин находится достаточно далеко от центра - у м. Гражданский проспект. Отвыкла я от таких расстояний, но что поделать, батут хочется. Приехала, посмотрела, выбрала меньший диаметр, тут же расплатилась и оформила доставку на субботу (дело было в четверг), предлагали и на пятницу. Сам батут стоил чуть меньше 2000 рублей, а доставка - 500. В субботу я ждала звонка курьера, а позвонил менеджер, извинился и сообщил, что доставка сегодня невозможна - у курьера сломалась машина. Договорились на воскресение. В этот раз все состоялось и теперь я радостно прыгаю на своем батуте! 4 звезды ставлю из-за недоработанного сайта - многая информация устарела и не сообщается в наличии ли товар, что может привести к вышеописанным последствиям.
