Стильная одежда, красивые коллекции с идеальным сочетанием фактур и цветов.Неоднократно приобретала в оффлайн магазине сети костюмы и аксессуары, несколько лет ранее еще и цены были очень демократичные ))) по сравнению с аналогичными магазинами. Однако, была очень разочарована заказом в онлайн магазине. Заказ сделала 15.04., г. Москва. Получила жакет , направила запрос , где же брюки? Мне повторно прислали трек, по кот. отслеживалась посылка с жакетом... Брюки отправили только 24.04. без предупреждения о задержке отправки заказа и без фирменной упаковки, просто в пакете...,получила лишь 05.05., хотя в условиях указано: отправка 1-3 дня. Написала менеджеру по эл.адресу lichi, ответа и разъяснений не последовало...

Худший сервис интернет покупок! Ждала товар 3 недели! В итоге так и не дождалась предложили заменить выбранную мной вещь на другую по причине отсутствия товара в магазине. Менеджеры так и не смогли ответить почему они сообщили об отсутствии товара только через 3 недели

Здравствуйте! Посетила сегодня один из ваших магазинов в Москве, в Колумбусе) Такой красивый магазин😍 столько ассортимента, везде так чисто и аккуратно, не магазин, а настоящий музей!
