Столкнулась в том году с такой проблемой: нужно было убрать почти поваленное дерево из двора. Сколько времени и сил понадобилось, чтобы "уговорить" работников сфер обслуживания Люберецкого района! Это был замкнутый круг: из треста-в жек, из жека в администрацию, а из администрации-в трест. Пока не было упомянуто слово прокуратура, никто и пальцем не пошевелил. Вот так у нас происходит выполнение своих прямых обязанностей...
