Недавно тоже открыли для себя "Лейку", готовят вкусно, выпечка и тортики вообще вне всяких похвал. Неприятно удивил подход к клиентам. В зоне самообслуживания на стандартные подносы ставят огромные пластиковые тарелки, которые полностью "забивают" весь поднос так, что приходится крутить-вертеть, чтобы хоть как-то расположить огромную широкую посуду на маленьком подносе. В итоге нести поднос неудобно и все время боишься уронить то суп, то стакан. Просьбы положить на нормальную тарелку, вызывает у персонала истерику - не положено начальством, а как я ложку макарон разложу на тарелке и еще и котлету сверху кину куда, мне все равно, что вам неудобно, у нас так положено. Ориентированность на клиента? Не, не слышали. Ну и потом очень удобно - огромная тарелка, ложка картошки и вот они ее тоненькой пленкой по таралке размазывают. Типа порция большая? Порции на обеде в зоне обслуживания в среднем 100-130 грамм, кстати. Берете бизнес-ланч? Окей, но вы не можете заменить сладкую булку на несладкую по такой же цене или дешевле. Почему? Не положено начальством, мало ли, что она дешевле или столько же стоит, не положено и все тут, мало ли, что вам сладкое нельзя, у нас не положено! Идешь с подносом к столику - летит официант - не положено тут сидеть, тут только по меню. Какие-то пояснения, загородки, таблички? Не положено и все тут. Ты туда не ходи, ты вон туда иди, тут ты нам не нужен. Вроде бы мелочь, а неприятно до чертиков. Категорически не рекомендую. Уродское обслуживание, уродская посуда, уродские порции, уродское отношение к постоянным клиентам. Буду скучать по их сырной булочке. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Это заведение не нуждается в клиентах.
