Обратились в этот центр с ремонтом по КАСКО, 5 января произошло ДТП. Страховая компания дала направление, 9 января был осуществлён осмотр машины, далее страховая быстро согласовала ремонт и дилер сказал, что в 20 числах января приедут запчасти. Далее Лексус центр перенёс срок на МЕСЯЦ - 20 февраля. 20 числа, сказали, что приезжайте 23 февраля. 23 февраля же нам объявили, что все переносится на 3 марта. Т.е. уже 2 месяца нам не могут починить машину!! И работа менеджера это отдельная история, постоянно нужно звонить и напоминать о себе, недовольно отвечает «я уточню и перезвоню вам», но в итоге пропадает и нужно опять звонить и напоминать о себе. Очень плохой сервис для официального дилерского центра Lexus.

Купили здесь авто. По всем вопросам проконсультировал менеджер Виктор Зверев. Никаких лишних, навязанных услуг и накрутки цены. Все очень профессионально. Оформление документов и бумажная волокита прошли очень быстро! Остались довольны автомобилем и обслуживанием в салоне.Спасибо!
