Редко пишу отзывы, да и только тогда когда есть негатив. Хочу сказать спасибо менеджеру Артёму в Лексус центре. Сломалась помпа на Лексус, нашли только в этом центре, через 10 мин скинули ссылку на оплату, я оплатил, на следующий день запчасть забрал СДЕК, не отказали передать запчасть в СДЕК. Запчасть получил. Это называется хороший клиентский сервис - когда не отказывают помочь с доставкой. Не знаю как с машинами дела обстоят, но с запчастью у меня проблем не было.

И так Господа представляю Вам самый не честный сервис -Тойота РОЛЬФ Лексус на Волгоградском прт. г. Москва. Вся правда о данном сервисе: Попал в ДТП в марте, страховая компания предложила денег в размере 40к соответственно выбрал ремонт в СТОА РОЛЬФ на Волгоградском прт. Авто по направлению поставил на ремонт 8.04.2019 г. Сегодня у нас 20.05.2019 г. Ремонт не осуществлён в связи с долгим согласованием СТОА с СК. Хотя в СК по регламенту согласование проходит 3 рабочих дня. Так мало того что не ремонтируют, ещё звонят и просят осуществить доплату для осуществления ремонта, или же забрать авто с СТОА при этом документов подтверждающих не предоставляют. Если вы столько времени согласовываете документы, то у меня возникает вопрос, сколько времени нужно для ремонта авто?
