Отвратительное место ! Сервис клиентский ,как и автомобильный хуже некуда. Автомобиль отдаёшь исправным ,забираешь испорченным со словами :так было,причём дважды . И это при подписанном акте ,где неисправности отсутствуют. Дозвониться до сервиса или получить обратный звонок нереально более 3-4 дней и это регулярно. Сотрудник Полина из отдела сервиса отвечают лично в Ватсапп : пробуйте дозвониться ,мы заняты сейчас 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️Сотрудники компании оставляют тебя дураком в любой ситуации. Клиентский сервис по работе с претензиями (Елена) идёт до ожидающего клиента 25 минут, а далее без извинений утверждает так же о глупости клиента !!! Вместо того, чтобы закрыть вопрос банальным извините за потраченное время и неудобства ,предложив решение ,сервис благополучно принимает две претензии и рад этому. И самая фишка ,по итогам работ не выдают акт выполненных работ,потому что сотрудника ставящего подпись сегодня нет 🤯🤯И это все Лексус !Японцам было бы стыдно за такое премиальное обслуживание.
