Люди никогда не берите туры у этой компании. Не успела еще улететь, как начались проблемы. За 3 дня до вылета поменяли время вылета обратно и тут началось. Звонок туроператору не чего не дал. Все валят на авиакомпанию. Хотела отказаться от тура, так как время вылета меня не устраивает. Деньги вернуть отказались. Интересы туристов не отстаиваются. Теперь лечу на отдых с испорченным настроением. И понимаю, что проблемы не закончены. Так, что кому дороги время и деньги не пользуйтесь услугами этой турфирмы. Им лишь-бы деньги с нас срубить, а вы там как хотите. В том году сын тоже брал тур у этой фирмы и тоже такая свистопляска была. Так, что выводы делайте сами. А кто решиться , готовьтесь к выживанию и многочасовому ожиданию в аэропортах.

Левер Тревел тут не при чем, я ездила с семьей в Турцию, через фирму своей знакомой, и столкнулась с такой же ситуацией, это авиакомпании хозяева чартеров и туроператор повлиять никак не может. Более того я столкнулась с такой ситуацией в Турции, когда покупала не чартер. у меня был билет из Анталии в Москву через Стамбул. Так вот в Анталии мы просидели целый день в аэропорту, там собрали пассажиров со всех рейсов за весь день и погнали один большой самолет. Мы бегом бежали на свой самолет в Москву , а многие люди не успели на свои рейсы. Но это была середина октября, закрытие сезона.
