Выбрала туалетную воду Boss , после покупки оказалось , что я купила не тот флакон совершенно случайно , т.к рядом друг с другом стоят две одинаковые упаковки( один цвет коробки) и совсем не понятно визуально , что это другая серия. Я пробовала аромат из пробника , который стоял рядом . Открыла , увидела ,что не тот цвет флакона и сразу пошла обратно в магазин. Открыла аккуратно, объяснила ситуацию . Но к сожалению продавец не смогла решить проблему , хотя это "косяк" магазина , тк на ту туалетную воду , что я взяла случайно, даже не было пробника . Ценника тоже не было , тк я уточняла цену на кассе. Жаль , что магазин и сотрудники не клиентоориентированы. Жаль , 5 тыс выброшены на ветер
