Пришла купить товаров по подарочной карте Летуаль на 1000 р. Заранее скажу, что до этого задала вопрос кассиру о том, действуют ли скидочные карты, если: 1. покупаешь по подарочной карте; 2. плюс к тому можно ли использовать скидочную. Кассир сказала, что:"Да, можно." Выбрала косметичку по скидке за 1434 р. Подошла оплачивать на кассу. Предъявила вместе с подарочной картой скидочную. Кассир суетливо выхватила у меня обе карты, отказала в скидке, не стерла с подарочной код, даже после того, как я обратила её внимание на это. В итоге мне пробили товар по подарочной карте без скидки. Дело не в этих 400 р. А в суетливом, грубом отношении работника, нежелании толково и доступно объяснить правила покупки. При том, что я Ваш постоянный покупатель с бриллиантовой картой: желания закупаться у Вас больше нет.
