Порадовала бесплатная установка, наличие гарантии. Монтажники, прежде чем уйти проверили и разъяснили все настройки и режимы. Никаких дополнительных услуг не навязывали. Провода убрали в короб - смотрится аккуратно. Сам интернет-магазин выглядит прилично, удобная навигация, большой выбор. Если не разбираетесь в технических характеристиках, лучше оформляйте заказ по телефону.

Изначально обратился за консультацией, озвучил ценовой диапазон и свои пожелания по характеристикам. Беседа вышла долгая, в конце концов "звёзды сошлись" на двух моделях. Заказ и установку решил делать у них же. Мастера приехали без опозданий. Много времени ушло на демонтаж старого наружнего блока, новый повесили быстро. Кабель закладывали в уже имеющийся кабель-канал - тут накосячитт сложно. Кондиционер висит ровно, работает исправно. Моя оценка положительная.

Обращался по гарантии, нестандартный, наверное, случай. Поставили кондиционер год назад примерно, всё ок. Водичка с наружного блока благополучно покапывала на улицу. Тут соседи снизу тоже решили установить сей девайс и аккурат под нашим. В итоге та самая водичка стала долбить по железному блоку и, как следствие, по нервам соседей. Позвонил в фирму, без особой надежды, узнать, может можно как-то это исправить. Через день приехал мастер и удлинил трубку отвода. Бесплатно. И вновь воцарились тишина и покой. Выражаю благодарность от себя и от лица соседей! И ремендую фирму к обращению. – показать
