Купила абонемент на 9 месяцев и купила набор тренировок на 25 000 рублей. Тренер может позвонить в день тренировки и отменить за два часа до назначенного времени тренировку и так не один раз. На моей персональной тренировке тренер проводил тренировку не только мне, ещё и другой клиентке. На замечание сказал, что не может отказать другому клиенту, я в шоке от таких ответов. После того, как конструктивного разговора не получилось, написала заявление на возврат денег. Условия договора ужасные. Деньги возвращают в течение трёх месяцев, только 40%. Прошло 3 месяца, деньги не вернули на карту до сих пор. Не отходила и двух недель в данный фитнес клуб. Обслуживание никакое. Руководителем поставили молоденькую девочку, которая слова сказать не может. Хотя думаю она даже не руководитель, так подставное лицо. Тренера ведут себя хамски и панибратски. Я НЕ СОВЕТУЮ ДАННЫЙ ФИТНЕС КЛУБ.

Хороший недорогой, народу не много, тренажеры в хорошем состоянии. Если выходит из строя или рвется какая-то материя — ее через непродолжительное время меняют. Инструментов хватает. В общем, хочу уже 2й год, все нормально.ЗЫ. Единственный минус — не чинят шкафчики, много неработающих. Часть даже без установленных замков, хотя в час пик их не хватает! Если меня читают работники клуба — смотрите за этим пожалуйста!

Клуб действительно супер-эконом и на этом достоинства заканчиваются. Персонал хамоватый, особенно, когда вы уже заплатили за абонемент. Тренажёры потрепаные, старые. Дверей в душевых нет из за чего там очень холодно. А уж если какая-то нестандартная ситуация, как напимер возврат денег за абонемент из-за возникшей невозможности посещать клуб — то руководство тут же испаряется и избегает какого-либо контакта с вами. Особенно этим отличается администратор Евгения, которая вроде как руководитель там . В документах и их оформлении кстати куча пунктов, противоречащих законам о защите прав потребителей. Лучше не связывайтесь) – показать
