17 августа были на свадьбе в гостинице «Лесная». Свадьба проходила в шатре: стены и пол грязные, на потолке - мертвые насекомые, которые того и гляди упадут в тарелку. Стулья были покрыты белыми чехлами, которые были в пятнах, а некоторые стулья стояли без чехлов. Официантам постоянно приходилось напоминать «уберите-налейте-принесите». Освещения не было не включено, хотя накануне торжества администрация настойчиво уверяла жениха, что оно будет включено! Результат - вся дискотека и развлекательная программа, включая танец жениха и невесты, проходил в темноте( Итог, отношение к клиентам гостиницы «Лесная» - абсолютный пофигизм, хамство и обман. Администрации комплекса откровенно всё равно на то, что у них происходит — о чем повествуют нелицеприятные отзывы в интернете! Хотя раньше, лет 6 назад, это было очень приятное заведение — с качественным рестораном и обслуживанием! Впечатление от всего отвратительное. Хотите испортить себе торжество или праздник - милости прошу в гостиницу «Лесная»!!! PS А еще, мы выяснили позже, что свадебный торт, который привезли в 10 утра - администрация почему-то держала в сауне, нарушая все санитарные нормы. Хотя накануне свадьбы уверяла, что у них есть большой холодильник, где и будет стоять наш трехъярусный торт((((( PPS Совет для самых смелых: если все-таки кто-то решится отметить свое торжество в гостинице «Лесная» - пересчитывайте заказанный вами алкоголь, а при оплате банкета — попросите кассовый чек на ту организацию, с которой у вас был заключен договор!!! PPPS Все моральные и материальные издержки (бой посуды, порча шатра и уж простите, «не аккуратное использование унитаза» (кто-то промахнулся!!!), были полностью погашены!
