Был в сервисе два раза, после первого посещения выкладывал негативный отзыв, руководство сервиса быстро отреагировали и предложили решить проблему и сделать доп скидку, я согласился. Вот после второго раза все сделали хорошо, и только я хотел выложить положительный отзыв... Так нет, опять же я обнаружил косяк (сломаное жабо), ну как так то. Связался с менеджером, он вроде предложил что они купят мне другое жабо. Я отказался, уж больно мне дорого выходит посещение данного сервиса, для себя сделал вывод, что сюда не ногой. Считаю что не очень компетентные механики. Это моё мнение и может мне не повезло.

В подкрепление слов, предлагаю вам возмещение затрат за поврежденное жабо, или установим исправную деталь на автомобиль. Еще раз благодарю вас за обратную связь, она очень ценна для нас, вы помогли увидеть слабые места нашего сервиса, мы приняли ряд мер (установили камеры в зону ремонта и стали фиксировать каждое повреждение автомобиля при приёме на ремонт), Благодарю за внимание!
