А я очень довольна обслуживанием и вообще всем, от покупки своей ЭЛАНТРЫ до прохождения ТО и ремонтом по страховому случаю, большое спасибо всем сотрудникам этого удивительного центра !! Моей Элантре будет 5 марта уже год, но у меня даже не возникало мысли чтоб ехать куда то в другое место делать ТО или какой то ремонт, щас думаем дочери покупать авто, но где покупать, это однозначно в ЛЕОН АТЕЛЬЕ в Крылатском. с ув. Несколько раз ремонтировалась по направлению страховой. Собственно это автомобильный магазин с небольшой прилегающей территорией. Процесс следующий - приносишь направление и с клерком выбираешь дату, когда удобно пригнать машину (не всегда это ближайшие дни). Молодые люди приветливы и внимательны. Машину лучше подать в указанное время, поскольку за ней приезжает эвакуатор и практически сразу увозит в ремонт. Ремонтируют славно, выявляют и согласовывают скрытые повреждения. Когда у меня в одном случае страховая совершенно справедливо часть работ не согласовала, то мне выкатили список скрытых повреждений и мы спокойно разобрались. что стоит делать за дополнительную плату, а что необязательно. Без обид и претензий, но с подробным объяснением. Неудобно то, что сразу нельзя заехать за ограду, надо сначала вызвать работника, который сам заедет, но предварительно надо найти место для короткой парковки и потом идти за сотрудником..
