Большой выбор кирпича, много расцветок! Хорошие цены. Персонал доброжелательный, всё менеджеры показали наглядно и рассказали. Спасибо, привезли во время, как договаривались.

Декоративный кирпич в наличии, выбор большой, качество хорошее, тем более при адекватной стоимости. Позвонил, приехал, забрал, все без лишних проблем.

Возможно для кого - то он и добрый день, но для нас оказался не очень!!!!! Я категорически не согласна с отзывами о данной фирме. Итак, решили с мужем построить на даче небольшую, но красивую бытовку. Дело дошло до облицовки и выбор пал на фирму Леонардо Стоун. Приехали в посёлок Виноградово, 5А, ул. Коммунистическая. Встретила нас менеджер, все показала, рассказала. Заверила, что качество их продукции отличное и цвет не будет отличаться от того, что представлен у них на образце. Выбор пал на Авиньон 777(фото ниже). Оформили заказ (номер накладной 2375 от 19.06.22). Самовывоз (который обошёлся 3500тыс. рублей в одну сторону и возрат 3500тыс.рублей. Итого доставка 7000 рублей). Приехав на склад коробки были запакованы. Проверить содержимое нам не разрешили. Приехав на дачу и распоковав товар, было обнаружено, что коробки были влажные (запах плесени, говорит о том, что продукция хранится не в должных ей условиях). Часть плитки было расколото. Товар от 2016-2017 года. Но самое главное, цветовая гамма плитки вообще не соответствует цветовой гамме образца (фото ниже). Мы соответственно позвонили менеджеру с просьбой вернуть деньги за товар и возместить деньги за доставку в размере 7000 тыс рублей. На что менеджер сначала ответила, что это невозможно. Затем сказала, что вроде рассмотрят вопрос. И вообще мягко сказать разговаривала на повышенных тонах, мол это мы виноваты, что не проверили всю партию. Потому я обращаюсь к ИП Глизину И.Е. с просьбой решить вопрос о полном возрате денег за плитку и доставку. И соответственно провести разговор с менеджера о клиентоориентированности.
