Люблю этот магазин. Занимаюсь разными творческими направлениями, а здесь как раз ассортимент не только для художников. Люблю даже просто зайти посмотреть и поискать что-то новое для себя. Из минусов: 1. Кисти. Это ужас, буквально нечего выбрать. Наряду с качественными (плюс-минус профессиональными) художественным материалами такие смешные кисточки для детского творчества. (Пишу за синтетику, т.к. другими я не пользуюсь и не оценивала их) 2. Персонал. Редко приходиться наблюдать вежливое отношение к себе. Часто отвечают в грубой форме, повышают тон, закатывают глаза и без стеснения выражают свою неприязнь к тебе челяди. Я бы пересказала все эти неприятные и абсурдные ситуации, но описывать все выражения лица и интонации этих дам слишком долго.

Самый классный магазин, и не только среди товаров для рукоделия. Да, конечно, есть минус- на сайте не все предоставлено, в магазине в итоге ассортимент шире… НО! Не нужно бегать искать глазами консультанта, по всему магазину, развешаны кнопочки вызова консультанта, и для особо стеснительных как я, этот звоночек никто кроме сотрудников не слышит :) очень удобно! очередей нет никогда! везде все чистенько, в общем, теперь только к вам)))

Хотя бы вывеску повесили,что магазин работает с 10часов.Вообще сам тц работает с 9,в интернете даже специально посмотрела со скольких. Потому что обычно открывается тц и соответственно уже все магазины работают.
