Очень недовольна работой консультанта в Леонардо, который в ТЦ Митино: мне нужны были определенной марки и цвета нитки из определенной партии (я уже их покупала в этом магазине), хотела купить, чтобы закончить изделие. Отправила дочь, продавец уговорила купить ее эти нитки из другой партии, хотя она изначально взяла то, что нужно. Цвет отличается! Спрашивается - зачем консультант вмешивается со своими советами назойливыми и вредительскими. Пришлось идти мне самой, консультант опять подоспела со своей "помощью" и начала убеждать меня, что нужных мне ниток нет ни в зале, ни на складе (при этом она даже не проверила на складе). Хорошо, что я сама проверила и нашла в зале гору этих ниток с нужным цветом. Зачем нужны такие "консультанты"?

Магазин очень большой и добротный. Есть все категории товаров для любого вида творчества. Пускай качество не высшего класса, но очень и очень сносного. Для любителей и продолжаю их любителей лучше места не найти. Ассортимент весь разбит по отделам, в которых легко ориентироваться. Есть даже кулинарные полки со специями, кухонной утварь и ингридиентами. Очень приятно заходить сюда каждый раз. Спасибо!

Магазин большой и хороший. Но! Сегодня попросила ребёнка - подростка купить зажимы в отделе для шитья, прислала фото. Консультант в отделе, хамски ответила "Я что тебе должна знать, где это висит?! Иди сам ищи!" Мерзко и противно, такое поведение! Почему-то принято хамить, тем кто младше. Хотя всё начиналось неплохо, хотя бы поздоровалась. Магазину оценка 5, консультанту 1.
