19 ноября обращалась в клинику для лечения кариеса. Предварительно записывалась по номеру, который указан на сайте, ответили быстро, оператор была очень доброжелательной, все объяснила и сориентировала по примерной стоимости лечения, записали меня к доктору Боровицкой К.И.. В клинике было чисто и привлекательно, единственное мало места и не очень удобная стойка регистрации, администратор, как мне показалось, была немного уставшей, но оформили меня быстро и без проблем, ожидание приема было не долгим. По поводу самого приема, изначально я рассчитывала на полноценную консультацию с составлением индивидуального плана терапии и последующим лечением зуба, но как такового приема не было и после пары вопросов про моё состояние( болит/не болит, что будем лечить ) врач приступила к лечению, возможно я что-то не так поняла. К работе врача у меня вопросов нет, все было очень комфортно и максимально безболезненно, зуб красивенький, а я довольная)) Спасибо за заботу!

Приехали на консультацию к ортодонту с детьми. Нам объяснили как будет происходить исправление прикуса. Отправили лечить зубы и затем записываться повторно. Полечили зубы, приехали повторно. В тоге дети в кабинете были меньше минуты. Сказали сейчас рано ставить пластины и отправили ждать с одним ребенком до сентября, с другим ребенком еще год ждать. Не понятно за что мы заплатили за прием и не понятно зачем вообще приехали. Мы с области и ехали мы 150 км в одну сторону. Просто выкачивание денег и ни какой лояльности к клиентам. Я разочарована

хорошие врачи, лечат, по-моему, быстро. все стерильно и безопасно. цены правда большие... но думаю они оправдывают итог работы врачей.
