Отвратительно, онлайн магазина как такового нет в городе Новосибирске, пока магазин закрыт никто заказ не оформит, не соберёт и не привезёт. Заказа висел на сайте без какого либо оформления три дня, написала в их группу ВК, меня просто заблокировали, в Инстаграмме сутки добивалась от них информации, после чего они мне сказали мы таки не занимаемся, пишите на сайте в разделе «обратная связь» обращение. Сказано- сделано! Но больше трёх суток обращение висело без какого либо внимания. Дозвонилась не с первой попытки на их горячую линию. Попыталась узнать, что же все таки с мим заказом, на что очень «приветливая» девушка сказала, что магазин закрыта, «а вы, что думаете, что вам кто-то заказ за 1000 рублей из Москвы привезёт????». И я даже не нашлась что ответить. Самая неготовая к интернет торговле сеть, абсолютно некомпетентные сотрудники. Их магазины люблю, но теперь буду понимать, что мне никто мой заказ не доставит и на вопросы мои никто не ответит

Местами дороговато, но очень хороший выбор разных разделов, например, в том числе и более узконаправленных вещей. Покупала себе 100% пряжу нужного цвета именно у них, и кое-какие мелочи матушке)
