Заказ 679538 (Авиаконструкторов 4) Ремонтировал тут пылесос Bosh. Вышла довольно интересная ситуация. Купили пылесос менее года назад, достаточно дорогой примерно под 30 тысяч рублей. В какой-то момент времени он просто перестал реагировать на зарядку. При этом сам пылесос работал, при включении мигала индикация о необходимости зарядить его. Само зарядное устройство в рабочем состоянии - проверял мультиметром. Когда обратился в Bosh, мне дали адрес авторизованного центра. Поскольку чек я потерял, с гарантиным ремонтом меня прокатили. Еще и за ремонт зарядили почти половину стоимости пылесоса. Сказали что требуется замена платы. Больше ничего не объясняли. Поиск альтернативных вариантов навел меня на Ленремонт. Отдал пылесос на диагностику. Мастер перезвонил на следующий день, объяснил возможную причину проблемы и предложил два шокирущих варианта лечения. Первым вариантом было просто сделать сброс ошибки. Никаких замен элементов. Такая работа стоила в районе 2 тысяч. Вторым, если первый не помог бы, была бы замена батареи - около 7 тысяч, на сколько помню. Я остановился на первом. С мастером договорились о том что после сброса еще день он погоняет пылесос у себя. И этот вариант сработал. После сброса ошибки пылесос работает в обычном режиме. Так вышло что я впервые обратился за ремонтом бытовой техники. И Ленремонт, в лице мастера (увы, не запомнил имя), меня прям приятно удивил. Отдельное спасибо мастеру.
