Около месяца назад с мужем искали съемную квартиру, нашли подходящий для себя вариант через объявления, оказалось - это агентство Ленд Лорд, "работала" (если так вообще можно сказать) с нами некая Марина. Началось все с того, что она назначила нам встречу, на которую сама же и не пришла. Ладно, договорились на др. день, встретились, нам был продемонстрирован один единственный объект, который в итоге мы и арендовали. За это была запрошена сумма в 6 тыс. руб., но мы не то, что не получили услугу (по сути 1 ответ на звонок и 1 встреча, после который мы сняли квартиру), агент не предоставила доверенность от собственников и уговаривала нас заключить договор с родственниками собственника, уверяя, что все просто прекрасно и никаких проблем не будет, а доверенность у нее есть, только она ее не взяла (как выяснилось потом, доверенности нет - это был обман), нам даже чек не дали, а по итогу мы выяснили, вот так просто она обманула нас за наши же деньги! Кстати, чек я пыталась получить несколько недель, но получив на объекте деньги за свои так называемые услуги, Марина попросту плюнула на какие-то заморочки с чеком и единственное, что все-таки сделала - это скинула мне практически нечитаемую фотографию чека. А сейчас мы выяснили еще, что то, что нам рассказала агент про объект, на самом деле не так! Она озвучила сумму за комм. услуги в районе 3000-3500 руб. вместе со счетчиками, как она уверяла. А мы получили квитанцию без счетчиков более чем на 4 тыс. руб.! Не советую никому обращаться в эту организацию, как минимум, там нет совершенно никакого контроля за действиями сотрудников. Просто вытягивают деньги всеми возможными способами, обещая и заверяя, а потом вы от них ничего не допроситесь.
