отвратительный сервис, невежливые, неквалифицированные консультанты которые слабо разбираются в своей продукции, ненавидят всех на свете клиентов и никогда с ними не здороваются :(

Все проблемы с неправильной выдачей товара, покупатель должен решать сам. Некоторые виды товаров продают по типу Оплата-выдача товара. Если вам пробили не тот товар, то вы должны делать возврат (деньги вернут 3-14 дней, не сразу). Постойте в одно окно, потом в другое, потеряйте 30 минут своего времени. Причём каждый скажет, что он не виноват, это всё там, у них, наверху...
