Проблем куча! Некачественный товар, который потом очень трудно вернуть из-за очередей в отдел возврата! Интернет-заказы вообще опасно делать! То гнилую рассаду принесут, то вообще отказываются выдавать оплаченный товар- мол он закончился! И деньги не возвращают! Рядом есть строительные магазины с теми же ценами, но лучшим обслуживанием

Иван, добрый день! Возобновив работу после закрытия магазина, у нас действительно было много покупателей, желающих вернуть товар. В настоящее время ситуация стабилизировалась. Если для вас это еще актуально, вы можете вернуть товар в часы работу магазина. Ситуация с доставкой также наладилась, производится обмен некачественного или поврежденного при доставке товара.
