Большой выбор товаров, всё нравится, кроме обслуживания. Консультантов не хватает, постоянно приходится их искать по рядам, по 20 мин. ждать когда подойдут. Линолеум купить не реально, продавцы вечно заняты, очередь там огромная, а работает 1-2 сотрудника, и видя это, они никого не зовут на подмогу.

Они работают с покупателями или занимаются выкладкой товара, но при этом всегда с радостью предоставят информацию в порядке очереди. Сделала заказ часов в 6 вечера, мне перезвонили ровно через сутки, в 6 вечера и поставили перед фактом, что заказ доставят через час. До этого сама звонила целый день и пыталась выяснить в какой временной интервал прибудет курьер, чтобы подстроиться под нужное время. В итоге " мы будем через час - минут 40" и никого не волнует, что я физически не успею добраться до места назначения. Никакого удобного временного интервала мне не предлагали, смс о том что заявка передана в службу доставки не приходила, после оформления заказа не перезвонили.
